Have you heard about the Port Fringe Festival? Looks like an interesting set of theater. Tickets will be available this Monday only at Bayside Bowl from 5-7pm on Monday, June 4th. John Coons, a former choir director at First Parish in Yarmouth, has a play featured on Friday, June 29 at 5PM at the Lucid theater.
I got my tickets to Mumford and Sons this morning. Wasn’t sure I was going to get through, but luckily seems like I made it just in time. I am intrigued by the music of Mumford and Sons because of its theological themes. But I also really like that they are into their locations. I found this great article discussing lessons Mumford and Sons can teach us about institutional leadership. Hope to see that all first hand here in Portland in August. Until then (or if you didn’t happen to get a ticket this morning) take a listen to one of my favorites. Happy Friday!
